Strategy + Systems
for Modern Philanthropy
JE Advisory helps organizations operationalize vision with grantmaking, program development, proposal evaluation, and research to inform strategic action.
Our Services
-
We design values-aligned grantmaking infrastructure – due diligence protocols, policies, databases, and workflows – to maximize resources, time, and effort.
-
We build the end-to-end process for new philanthropic initiatives from ideation through post-grant evaluation.
-
We investigate emergent challenges rooted in culture and technology, and produce insights by creating research repositories, intelligence infrastructure, expert interviews, landscape analyses, and case studies.
-
We offer analysis of grant applications, making recommendations for deploying your capital wisely. JE Advisory also facilitates grantee discovery to refine your portfolio based on your strategic priorities.
-
We take on unconventional, ambiguous, or first-of-their-kind projects – especially where strategy, systems, and emerging issues intersect. If you have a project that requires building something new, find out how we can help.
*Meet the Founder
Jessica Beebe is the Principal Consultant at JE ADVISORY, supporting funders and nonprofits. The thread through her work is deep attention to people, systems, and power – and how the work is operationalized.
Jessica previously served as Program Manager at the Roddenberry Foundation, executing the Foundation’s entire grants portfolio and directing the Catalyst Fund, through which she evaluated and supported early-stage initiatives working across technology, food security, global health, and beyond. In an earlier life, she led programming at Young Nonprofit Professionals (YNPN) Dallas, conducted prospect research for nonprofits with over $25M in revenue, ran a literary journal, and taught media literacy in a high school for students with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
